COLLECTOR’S NOTE

Hehe Erxian are popular figures in Chinese art associated with harmony, happiness, and marital unity. They frequently appear on snuff bottles, jade carvings, and decorative arts of the Qing period.

Shadow agate overlay bottles are admired for the way craftsmen utilized natural color layers within the stone to create pictorial scenes and symbolic subjects.
