💡 Note: Lid only – base teapot not included.A charming square-form porcelain lid, likely by Spode, dating to the early
to mid-19th century, finely hand-painted with polychrome floral sprigs in puce, orange, green, and purple enamels. The
domed top is pierced (steam hole) and surmounted by a raised knop. The floral decoration, featuring blooming roses
and fruits, is edged with delicate black linework typical of early English transfer-enamelled wares.

This lid is a fine example of early 19th-century English porcelain design, showcasing a hybrid decorative
approach with transfer outlines hand-finished in enamels—a hallmark of Spode and similar Staffordshire
