DESCRIPTION

A Chinese wooden display stand intended for presenting a plate, dish, plaque or similar decorative object. The stand has a shaped platform base with molded stepped edges and a tall rectangular upright support. The warm dark brown finish displays attractive visible wood grain together with natural signs of age and use. Its restrained traditional form provides a suitable setting for Chinese ceramics and other decorative works of art. A useful display accessory with appealing vintage character.
