DESCRIPTION

A finely potted Chinese porcelain miniature baluster vase decorated in underglaze blue. The body features freely painted floral and botanical motifs characteristic of the Transitional period. A flared neck and subtle blue border bands complete the elegant form. An attractive cabinet-sized example of early Chinese blue and white porcelain.
