DESCRIPTION

An attractive Chinese carved pendant featuring a translucent honey-yellow amber-coloured stone mounted in a silver setting. The elongated drop-shaped body displays finely carved geometric latticework surrounded by stylized leaf motifs, with decorative scalloped edges at the wider end. The warm golden-orange colouring and polished surface create an appealing translucent appearance. The stone is secured by silver claws and a fitted silver backing, with a decorative suspension bail impressed SILVER. A charming vintage jewellery piece combining traditional ornamental carving with an elegant, compact design. The stone has not been gemologically tested.
