An elegant Chinese porcelain saucer finely painted in the famille verte palette, featuring bright enamels of iron red, green, yellow, blue, and aubergine. The center displays a red peony bloom surrounded by alternating geometric lattice and floral panels. The outer border shows a garden fence and blossoming flowers on a lobed rim.
Collector’s Notes: The famille verte palette was a hallmark of the Kangxi period (1662–1722), prized for its vibrant contrasts and refined brushwork.
