CONDITION

DESCRIPTION

Chinese porcelain plate painted in underglaze blue with a central vase, flowering stems and ribbon-tied auspicious objects. The cavetto features a diaper-pattern border interrupted by floral panels, while the broad rim displays alternating flowers and symbolic objects beneath a scrolling outer band. A narrow brown edge frames the decoration. The reverse bears two freely painted blue branches surrounding an unmarked glazed base and exposed foot ring.
