📜 Description
Fine Chinese Porcelain plate decorated in elegant Famille Verte enamels. The central scene shows flowering Prunus branches emerging beside a pierced scholar’s rock and a jardinière, all finely outlined and enriched with iron-red, green, and soft blue tones. The rim is finished with a floral scroll border, creating a balanced and refined composition typical of early Qing wares.
Collector’s Notes: During the Kangxi reign, Famille Verte enamels reached a high level of refinement and technical control. The Prunus blossom symbolizes perseverance and renewal, flowering in winter, and is a favored motif among collectors of Qing Dynasty porcelain.
