DESCRIPTION

Chinese porcelain ginger jar cover decorated in underglaze cobalt blue.
The top features a sinuous five-clawed dragon chasing a flaming pearl among stylized clouds.
The side border is painted with a repeating floral scroll and geometric motif.
The porcelain has a pale blue-white glaze with characteristic hand-painted details.
A decorative cover suitable as a replacement lid or for display.
