DESCRIPTION

Beautiful Chinese carved red lacquer covered box decorated in the traditional Qing style. The domed lid features a large central peony surrounded by finely carved blossoms and scrolling foliage. The lower section is finished with carved floral and lotus petal motifs, creating an attractive all-over decorative design. A charming decorative and collectible piece.
