Small Chinese bronze foo lion figurine cast in an archaic style.
The male guardian lion is depicted with one paw resting on a decorative ball.
Nicely detailed with curled mane, expressive facial features, and scrolling tail.
Finished with traces of gilt over a dark bronze surface.
Mounted on an integral rectangular base with a seal mark underneath.
