DESCRIPTION

Delicate Chinese porcelain saucer decorated in famille rose enamels from the Qianlong period. The center features a flower basket motif surrounded by scattered floral sprays and small leaf forms. The rim is finely accented with orange gilt dotted borders. The porcelain has a refined thin body typical of export wares of the 18th century. A charming example of Qing dynasty table porcelain.

Qianlong period famille rose porcelain remains highly collected for its elegant enamel palette and finely painted decorative schemes.
