DESCRIPTION
A finely potted Chinese porcelain creamer jug dating to the Yongzheng period of the Qing Dynasty.
Decorated in delicate famille rose enamels with flowering branches, a small bird, bamboo, and blue rockwork.
The rim features an iron red decorative border with gilt highlights.
The elegant pear-shaped body and restrained palette are characteristic of early Qing export porcelain.
An attractive example of 18th century Chinese porcelain despite restoration.

Yongzheng period porcelains are highly regarded for their refined potting and sophisticated enamel decoration.
