DESCRIPTION

A vintage English Langley Mill stoneware coffee pot with its original fitted lid, finished in a classic two-tone brown and cream glaze. The tall rounded body has a pronounced pouring spout and loop handle, while the removable lid is topped by a rounded finial. Rich glossy brown glaze covers the neck, upper handle and lid, contrasting with the warm cream lower body. A small impressed decorative motif appears on the lid. The underside carries the recognizable Langley Mill windmill factory mark together with MADE IN ENGLAND, providing clear identification of its English manufacture.

COLLECTOR’S NOTE

Langley Mill pottery was produced in Derbyshire and is well known among collectors of traditional British stoneware and domestic pottery.
