📜 Description
Fine Chinese Export Porcelain Charger decorated in Famille Rose enamels in the highly desirable Meissen Style.
The central panel depicts a charming European riverside scene with architectural buildings, a church tower, figures in conversation, and a boat on calm waters.
The scene is enclosed within an ornate cartouche with iron-red, gilt and pink scrollwork. The rim is further adorned with delicate floral sprays and gilded detailing.

The reverse shows a typical Qing Dynasty foot rim with kiln wear and firing marks consistent with period production.

Collector’s Notes:
Chinese Export wares in Meissen Style were produced during the Qianlong period for the European market, reflecting Western taste and fascination with chinoiserie and cross-cultural design.
