📜 Description
A finely potted Porcelain jar decorated in vibrant Famille Verte Wucai enamels, featuring large blooming Peony flowers with scrolling foliage. The design is outlined in iron-red with green and aubergine enamels, typical of the Kangxi period aesthetic. The form is well-balanced with a neatly finished foot and pale blue underglaze bands to the rim and base.

Collector’s Notes: Peonies symbolize wealth, honor, and prosperity in Chinese culture and were highly favored during the Qing Dynasty. Kangxi period Famille Verte wares are especially prized by collectors for their brilliant enamel colors, confident brushwork, and high-quality porcelain body.
